Dr Steve Joe Integrative Medicine Ltd is a New Zealand owned business.
Your access to and use of the Dr Steve Joe Integrative Medicine Website is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By accessing and using this Website, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions without any limitation or qualification.
These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between Dr Steve Joe Integrative Medicine and you for the supply of Products you have ordered. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with Dr Steve Joe Integrative Medicine. Should Dr Steve Joe Integrative Medicine suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Dr Steve Joe Integrative Medicine reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Dr Steve Joe Integrative Medicine

Expiry Dates
All product expiry dates on supplements vary depending on the recommended shelf life of each product. We will not deliver products that are expired or within 2 months of their expiry date.

Returns / Refund Policy
We do not accept returned products, please make your order carefully.
We do not offer any refund on orders unless
- 1. the product is damaged or faulty, we’ll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy in terms of a refund, exchange or credit.
- 2. delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe. (We will notify the delay to the customer and provide an option for a refund)
- 3. we send out the incorrect product.
When requesting a refund on entire order, your original shipping fee will be refunded also. Shipping costs will not be refunded for partial order returns.
Privacy
Dr Steve Joe Integrative Medicine respects the privacy needs of our customers which is why we handle any personal information collected in a secure and confidential manner. All personal information collected is for use by Dr Steve Joe Integrative Medicine only. This information may include details such as name, age, gender, email address, phone number and postal address.
NB: Credit card details are NOT held by Dr Steve Joe Integrative Medicine. Your credit card details will be encrypted via the selected third-party encryption facility.
Dr Steve Joe Integrative Medicine cannot access any credit card details. We will only use your information collected to:
- Process your orders, returns and exchanges,
- Verify you to assist with any queries you may have,
- Improve the website and your shopping experience.
We will not distribute your information to any third parties. However, we do use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf. These services include delivering packages and processing payments. Shipping within New Zealand:
For all our orders we use Fastpost Couriers.
Please ensure the delivery address is correct and is a physical location. It is better to use a physical address rather than a PO Box as some orders may be too bulky. Dr Steve Joe Integrative Medicine cannot take any responsibility for incorrect delivery details received, and consequent costs that may be incurred.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Target delivery time is within 5 working days. Occasionally a product may be unavailable and if this is the case, you will be advised at the time of ordering that an additional 3-5 days will be required to fulfil the order. Or provide you with an alternative option.
Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day. We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible but dispatch times indicated are subject to change and we will contact you should this arise. If you have any special delivery instructions please advise when placing your order.
